Franceus, Henri: age 90 of Dayton, passed away in his home April 11, 2017. He proudly served in the Navy from 1943-1946. Among his many talents, Henri played the harmonica, was an accomplished artist, owning “A Couple Of Artists Art Studio” in Tipp City, and was a proficient pool player in local 8 ball tournaments, often winning. He loved to tell jokes, play games of wit and strategy and loved the challenge of math, teaching himself Calculus at the age of 88. Among his passions were his love for family, including his devoted wife of 37 years, Nelda (Drake) Franceus, Sons: Jim (Nancy) & Mike (Debbie) Franceus. He has mourned the recent loss of his brother Paul Franceus and best friend Phil, and will be missed by his only remaining brother Ivan (Betty) Franceus. Henri also leaves behind 7 Grandchildren and their spouses, 14 Great Grandchildren, 9 Nieces & Nephews and 3 step sons, all that will miss him dearly. To know him, is to love him as he was an amazing one of a kind.
