Obituary for Joseph Olesh Jr.

OLESH, Joseph Jr., “Joe” age 84 of Trotwood, died Saturday, February 11, 2017. He was preceded in death by his daughter Marla Jo Olesh, and his wife of 62 years Velma. Survived by brother Brooks (Bonnie) Olesh of PA, sister-in-law and her husband Elizabeth and Jack Ballard, nieces Joyce Sult, Ruth Ann (Robert) Phillips, Terri (John) Barnard, Robyne Clark, Susie (Dave) Crain, Lisa Zellers, nephews Gary (Michele) Sult, Rick Phillips and numerous extended family and friends. Joe was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He retired from Dayton Tire and Rubber. He proudly served and was a member of the Hungarian Evangelical and Reformed Church. Joe was an avid golfer and bowler and will be fondly remembered by his friends at Moss Creek. Services 11 a.m. Tuesday at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St. by Pastor Randy Reed. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10 am until time of services. Interment Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
